Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment to move, load, and unload materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with receiving, stacking, and organizing inventory
- Train new operators on equipment safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of industrial forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Clear communication skills in English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug test required
