Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load and unload freight trucks and containers.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of all forklift equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and stock organization using WMS systems.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Ensure workstations and aisles are clean, organized, and hazard-free.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy machinery for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
