Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, locate, and stack materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory through scanning and record-keeping systems
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and dock operations
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
