Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory with accuracy using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience (certification preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
