Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move materials within warehouse and distribution centers
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory according to company standards
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Osha certified preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
