Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload pallets of goods safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Verify inventory counts and document material movements in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and shipping operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) and minimum 1 year of recent operating experience
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as required
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
