Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate warehouse inventory through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational procedures
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to prevent workplace hazards
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible availability including potential weekend shifts
