Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Follow strict warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Coordinate with team members to optimize loading/unloading efficiency
- Manage inventory documentation and report discrepancies
- Support cross-functional warehouse operations as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or equivalent certification)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
