Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
- Load and unload freight accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper securing and safety protocols are followed.
- Maintain inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy.
- Keep the workspace organized by maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse floor at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and handle customer orders promptly.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified Forklift License required (must present proof of certification).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
