Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks in a high-volume warehouse environment
- Accurately scan, sort, and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Train new hires on warehouse safety protocols
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (required)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak seasons
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
