Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down and stand-up) for material movement and loading/unloading
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic forklift maintenance pre/post-shift
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflow
- Load/unload shipments efficiently while minimizing damage
- Assist in organizing and maintaining clean storage areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- 1+ years of industrial forklift operation experience
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
