Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move goods efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Keep warehouse organized and maintain clean work areas
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA/ITP preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating forklifts in warehouse settings
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety excellence
- Basic math and computer literacy for inventory management
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime
