Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment (reach trucks, order pickers) in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Load and unload trucks with precision, adhering to weight limits and safety protocols.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts to ensure equipment is in proper working order.
- Organize, stack, and stage inventory accurately to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, strictly following OSHA safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating heavy industrial machinery.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and hazard communication.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
