Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment.
- Verify inventory quantities and accuracy during receiving and shipping processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and warehouse equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and efficient workflow.
- Document material transfers and inventory logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
