Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently drive forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, counting, and stocking of inventory to ensure accurate record-keeping and stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Packaging & Shipping: Properly package and label goods for shipment, ensuring they are secure and ready for delivery.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris to promote operational efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when counting stock and operating machinery.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to Learn: A positive attitude and eagerness to learn forklift safety and operations.
