Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with precision
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize storage and retrieval processes
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in training new operators on equipment usage
- Support special projects and overtime shifts as required
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA or equivalent)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/overtime
- Clean driving record and pre-employment drug test required
