Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Inspect and perform basic forklift maintenance (battery charging, fluid checks)
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with warehouse team for streamlined operations
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage zones
- Assist with receiving/shipping documentation
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible availability including weekends if needed
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent
