Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Accurately scan, sort, and transport palletized goods using RF scanners
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and equipment maintenance checks
- Maintain organized inventory control in temperature-controlled zones
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Collaborate with weekend team leads to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year recent forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts only)
