Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational readiness
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse efficiency during weekend operations
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S principles
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies
- Assist with cross-functional warehouse tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year prior forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
