Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials within the warehouse
- Load/unroll trucks and containers while adhering to weight distribution protocols
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Enforce 5S safety standards and OSHA compliance in all operations
- Collaborate with weekend shift team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
