Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse
- Verify inventory counts and document movements using warehouse management systems
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend operational goals
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and palletizing goods
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or certification
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Flexible availability to work weekends (Fri-Sun or Sat-Sun shifts)
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
