Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse and yard areas
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Accurately track inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and comply with OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient dock operations and order fulfillment
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures during shift operations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse scanning systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday) and occasional overtime
