Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on forklifts daily
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with weekend team to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
- Organize and secure warehouse storage areas for maximum efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to early weekend shifts (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
