Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials safely
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory documentation and verify product accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S standards
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend production goals
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification required
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays
