Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials accurately and safely
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize inventory flow
- Complete inventory documentation and shift reports precisely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies
- Train on new equipment and processes as required
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check and drug screen required
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
