Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse and dock settings
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to streamline loading/unloading processes
- Manage inventory documentation and report discrepancies promptly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Support other warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – training provided
- Valid driver's license (must pass background check)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to San Jose, CA worksite
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
