Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock rotation
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production goals
- Support loading/unloading activities and dock operations
- Assist in maintaining clean, organized workspaces
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or forklift experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends and flexible overtime hours
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
