Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet shift productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and order pickers
- Support weekend cross-training in other warehouse functions as needed
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience operating industrial forklifts
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
