Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload trucks with precision using pallet jacks and other tools
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with weekend crew to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support cross-functional tasks including quality checks and labeling
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory and documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
