Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of all movements
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with weekend team to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Inspect and report equipment issues or warehouse hazards immediately
- Support inventory audits and cycle count activities during weekend shifts
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Positive attitude and collaborative approach to problem-solving
