Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse setting
- Load/unload freight using pallet jacks and manual equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team to optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/forklift experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
