Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse/distribution settings
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation of all operations
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
- Inspect and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
- Support inventory audits and cycle count initiatives during weekend shifts

Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved) with 1+ years operating experience
- Proven ability to operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail with inventory management experience
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced weekend environments
- Basic computer literacy for WMS data entry and reporting
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive motions
- Excellent communication skills with English proficiency
