Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload palletized materials
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company operating procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory reconciliation activities
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and safety zones
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience in warehouse setting
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness abilities
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexible availability to work weekends (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
