Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a high-volume warehouse setting
- Load/unload trucks and containers using proper rigging techniques
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Manage inventory counts and stock rotation in compliance with FIFO protocols
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
