Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials within 200,000 sq ft warehouse
- Execute efficient loading/unloading of freight trucks using FIFO inventory methods
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and safety compliance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless weekend shift transitions
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Support facility cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (required)
- Minimum 2 years industrial forklift experience
- Ability to work Saturday-Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
- Proficient in RF scanning and WMS systems
- Strong attention to detail with zero-tolerance for safety violations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong teamwork communication skills
