Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA standards
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision, ensuring zero damage to goods
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Implement safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Support weekend operations with mandatory overtime availability
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (counterbalance and reach truck preferred)
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to North County San Diego facility
