Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using rigging techniques
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train on new equipment and processes as technology evolves
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Flexible schedule availability (weekend shifts required)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
