Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the facility.
- Stack and pile products accurately to prevent damage and ensure stability.
- Conduct pre-shift inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to 5S principles.
- Accurately pick and pack orders to meet shipping deadlines.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
