Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and stage materials for shipping and receiving.
- Verify inventory counts using handheld scanners and ensure accurate documentation of stock movements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to prioritize tasks and meet daily production and safety goals.
- Perform routine pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding forklift operation and workplace conduct.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA 10/30) or valid Class A/B Driver's License.
- Proven experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and navigate uneven surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
