Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate documentation for all stock movements.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment daily to ensure they are in safe operating condition.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the work area to maintain a professional environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
