Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any damage or malfunctions before and after each shift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock checks.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure clear pathways and safe working conditions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as wrapping pallets and tagging items.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
