Job Summary
As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our warehouse facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly and our inventory is managed accurately.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.
- Inspect equipment daily and report any mechanical issues immediately to maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding material handling and safety.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
