Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move materials within warehouse and storage facilities
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory according to company protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work environment and adhere to all safety standards
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend shift production targets
- Complete inventory documentation and warehouse paperwork accurately
- Participate in ongoing safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide paid training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Willingness to work flexible weekend schedule (Fri-Sun)
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Positive attitude and reliable attendance record
