Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures
- Support weekend inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential holidays
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Forklift experience with various equipment (reach truck, order picker)
