Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load/unload shipments with precision
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets
- Optimize stacking/storage efficiency in high-volume areas
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts as required
- Work flexible weekend shifts with mandatory overtime availability
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (current and verifiable)
- 1+ years of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to 7am weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
- Flexible schedule availability including Saturdays/Sundays
