Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment with precision in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Load/unload shipments while adhering to strict safety protocols and inventory tracking procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation for inventory counts and shift reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow efficiency
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Support weekend inventory audits and special project operations
- Uphold OSHA compliance standards and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or certification
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/material handling roles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems (WMS experience preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime shifts as required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
