Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory in warehouse environment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Accurately document inventory movements using warehouse management systems and scanning technology
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while adhering to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support loading/unloading operations and order fulfillment
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as required
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or certification
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety protocols
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) with overtime availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
