Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies to prevent workplace accidents
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Manage inventory counts and assist with warehouse organization to optimize space utilization
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Support loading/unloading of trucks and ensure proper documentation of materials
- Participate in weekend shifts with potential overtime hours based on operational needs
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (e.g., OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit-down forklifts in a warehouse setting
