Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks per OSHA standards
- Manage inventory control and warehouse organization systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Maintain accurate shipping/receiving documentation and digital records
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Support warehouse optimization initiatives during peak periods
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 2 years experience in warehouse/forklift operations
- Forklift certification (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends + potential overtime)
