Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in warehouse and outdoor yard environments
- Safely load/unload trailers using pallet jacks and dock equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Support month-end inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/forklift operations
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of WMS inventory systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends (Fri-Sun) and overtime as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
